It has been a while since I took the time to write a decent amount in here, and now, with a glass of chardonnay to my left and Debussy playing from an old record player to my right... it seems to be as good a time as ever.

 Now that my post at Hogwarts as been made official, I will use this journal to record my thoughts, as well as to correspond between myself and fellow faculty and students.  I'm not sure if that is really necessary until the school year starts... but no matter.
